Kxn8 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guidelines for Members

These Terms & Conditions apply to the kxn8 platform and all its services. Using the kxn8 website, opening an account, or participating in any game or betting service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name will be treated as multi-accounting.
• The name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and active.
• For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, kxn8 may request a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to kxn8 immediately.

All kxn8 services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Registration or use of gaming services by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating minors to use an account is a serious violation.
• A copy of a government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• Registering with a false age will result in immediate account closure with no refund of funds.

Kxn8 supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals (e.g., the same bKash number).
• Payments from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, expiry period, and usage limits.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered bonus abuse.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting bonus wagering requirements — slots typically count at 100%, while Live Casino games contribute only 10–20%.
• kxn8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance and winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

When placing bets in kxn8's Sports Betting section, certain specific rules must be followed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled – unless the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• If a bet is placed with incorrect odds due to a technical error, kxn8 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If evidence of match-fixing or the use of insider information is found, the account will be closed immediately.
• In live betting, any bet placed after an event has ended due to server delay will be considered void.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum payout for a single bet is set separately for each Sports market.

Bet Settlement for Cancelled or Incomplete Matches

If a match is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned, the following policy applies:

• If at least 50% of the scheduled overs in a cricket match are not completed, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In football, most markets will be void if fewer than 70 minutes of the 90-minute match are completed.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and resumes within the specified timeframe, all bets will remain valid.

• Members' financial information is never shared with third parties (except where required by law).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kxn8. If detected, the account in question will be closed immediately:

• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

Kxn8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• In the event of any breach of these terms.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• By direction of a legal authority.

If an account is closed at a member's request, any remaining wallet balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned to the registered payment method.

Kxn8 strives to provide a reliable service at all times; however, there are limits to our liability in certain situations:

• kxn8 is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from internet connectivity issues.
• Any security breach originating from a member's own device is the member's responsibility.
• If a game result is affected by an unexpected technical error, kxn8 reserves the right to correct it.
• kxn8 is not liable for any losses caused by server issues on the part of third-party game providers.

Kxn8 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered email address.
